  • Version 6.4.0 contains new features to better support our AI coach. See below for a full breakdown:
  • New Gym Builder: We've completely revamped the gym builder. You can now specify custom weight increments for each exercise
  • Phone-Only Workout Improvements: For users that don't have an Apple Watch, we've made some improvements to the phone-only workout. These improvements should fix bugs where the audio would stop recording, and these workouts would not sync heart rate data to Apple Health.
  • Apple Health Sync Banner: You'll now see a banner on your home screen whenever you launch the app, showcasing any health syncs that are occurring.
  • Various bug fixes

  • Version 6.3.0 is an exciting new update with a completely redesigned onboarding, new bug fixes, and more. We've also started rolling out our AI coach feature. Be on the lookout for the release of this in the coming week.
  • Redesigned onboarding — new animated walkthrough, faster Apple Health setup, email signup with verification, and an imporved "forgot password" flow.
  • AI Coach upgrades — send videos in chat, save and view workout templates Coach suggests, and Coach now asks for missing health data when it helps.
  • Account & privacy — Manage Account shows all your linked sign-in providers, and Apple Sign-In is fully revoked when you delete your account.
  • Bug fixes
  • Watch workouts no longer reappear as active after saving
  • Heart rate now syncs on watch workouts saved via phone fallback
  • Warm-up edits no longer change your working sets

  • Version 6.2.0 has some major improvements and quality of life fixes for the app. We're very excited about this one! Please see below for the full feature breakdown:
  • Workouts
  • Exercise groups with more than 2 exercises now show a "Circuit" label
  • Fixed phone edits reverting unexpectedly during a workout
  • Fixed phone-only workouts reappearing as active the next day
  • Workouts/templates now save in completion order (vs staying in the template order)
  • You can now customize how individual exercises are measured between reps, distance, and time on both the watch, and phone app
  • Smart Swap Feature - You can now get AI coach recommendations when swapping exercises from the iPhone app based on your workout
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol)
  • You can now connect ChatGPT directly to Motra! With this you can ask ChatGPT anything about your workout history, stats, trends, etc. Browse apps from the ChatGPT app directory, from Settings > Apps, or from the Apps entry in the sidebar. Search for "Motra" and authenticate your account. For the time being, ChatGPT integration is read-only (meaning it can read your data, but not write/create workouts). Write access will be coming soon. Claude support coming soon too.

  • Tagging / organizing templates: You can now add tags to your templates to be able to sort / organize them. Add multiple tags for easy filtering and access!
  • Streak customization: You can now set a custom weekly streak. Choose between a time based, weight-based, or workout-based streak, and set your goal.
  • Custom exercise enhancements: Custom exercises can now support photos, as well as non-weighted variations of exercises

Users who have updated watchOS 26.2 but have not yet updated their phone to iOS 26.2 may experience connection drops between the watch and phone. Please either update your phone to iOS 26.2, or install this Train Fitness update to resolve the issue.

  • NEW FEATURES:
  • - 1,000+ new exercises: We’ve expanded our exercise library extensively, adding over one thousand new exercises to our library
  • - Addition of over 100 stretches & warm-up exercises: Train Fitness now fully supports stretching and warmups
  • - New Exercise Details Page: Each exercise now has instructions, coaching tips, advanced muscle group breakdowns, and more
  • - Integrated timer for time-based exercises: Timed exercises such as a plank or wall-sit now include an integrated, built in rest timer to keep track of your exercise
  • - New exercise search: We’ve added a new tab to the app, allowing for quick access to search exercises
  • - Support for negative-weight exercises: Assisted exercises such as Assisted Pull-Up or Assisted Dips are now fully supported with negative weight logging
  • - Better support for non-weighted exercises: Exercises which don’t require weight such as Jump Rope no longer include weight options when logging
  • - Improved privacy settings: You can now customize if you want your workout location to be public or private
  • - New optional setting to keep the iPhone screen on during the duration of a workout
  • - Improvements to auto-detection memory: The app will now better remember incorrect detections & swaps

  • - Fix for weight unit changes between lb & kg not persisting when swapped on the watch

  • The list of exercises on the "Trends" tab now shows exercises based on your past performance and history
